Can I return items purchased on your site?

The items on our site are custom made on demand therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  When selecting your items please be sure to review the size charts and item descriptions.  We are unable to issue a refund due to an incorrect size being selected.

I received an incorrect item.  What do I do?

We hope you never have a problem with your order but we're human and we understand that unfortunately sometimes errors will occur.  Please contact us   at info@sellersmerch.com within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns.

When will my items be shipped?

We are usually able to ship orders 2-7 business days after the order is placed.  However, our products are custom made on demand and may take up to ten business days to ship (special requests may take longer). 

Need your items in a hurry?

Our normal shipping time is 2-7 business days after your order is placed.  Please contact us via email at info@sellersmerch.com with your request.  We'll try our best to make it happen for you.

I have a question, how do I contact you?

We will do our best to respond to your question(s) within 24 hours. We can be reached via email at info@sellersmerch.com  

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted it may not be cancelled.  However, if you need to make a modification to your order, please contact us at info@sellersmerch.com within 3 hours of submitting your order.

Can I make a custom request?

Yes, we love custom orders.  Just shoot us an email, with your custom order details, to info@sellersmerch.com.

I love a tee shirt design can it be placed on a sweatshirt?

Yes, since we custom make our items in house we are able to place just about any design on or website on any of our products.  All you have to do is ask, we're here to help! Send you request to info@sellersmerch.com.
